Thank you for visiting my fundraising page. I’m supporting my sister Marina in Sweden and my cousin Karyn in Christchurch who are both currently undergoing chemo treatment followed by radiation.
I am doing this by shaving my hair off on Saturday 22nd June 2019 (4 days before I travel to see Marina in Sweden).
I am hoping to raise $1000 or more for The Breast Cancer Foundation New Zealand and by shaving my hair support my sister and cousin, and to create awareness.
Living on the other side of the World I feel limited to what I can do to support them and their children.
I'm hoping this will light a spark in their beautiful soul and treasure our bond. United I will stand by them in support.
Eight women a day are diagnosed with breast cancer in New Zealand. The money I raise from this page will be used to fund vital research projects and medical grants to help improve the survivorship of breast cancer in New Zealand. It will also help support kiwi women who have been diagnosed with breast cancer through services such as counselling and rehabilitation programmes.
Please consider making a donation today, anything will help. I cannot do this alone but with your support we can make a difference.
Thank you kindly.
