Thank you for visiting my fundraising page. I’m supporting kiwi women by raising money for The New Zealand Breast Cancer Foundation.
In 2015, aged 34, I became one of the eight women a day who are diagnosed with breast cancer in New Zealand.
Now I have completed 16 months of treatment, I am ready to take on new and exciting challenges and will be trekking part of the Camino de Santiago in Spain, in May 2017, to raise awareness and funds for breast cancer.
All the money I raise from this page will be donated directly to the NZBCF and will be used to fund vital research projects and medical grants to help improve the survivorship of breast cancer in New Zealand. It will also help support kiwi women who have been diagnosed with breast cancer through services such as counselling and rehabilitation programmes.
Please help me reach my goal by making a donation today, anything will help even just a few dollars. With your support we can make a difference.
Please visit and like my Facebook page to follow my El Camino Challenge - 'Walk with me' - where I will be posting information about fundraising, events, my training, and of course updates during the trek. https://www.facebook.com/walkwithyoel/
Thank you - your support is truly appreciated.
