Thank you for visiting my fundraising page.
F.A.T.@WORK is supporting the woman we love by raising money for The New Zealand Breast Cancer Foundation.
Breast cancer is the most common cancer for women, and the third most common cancer overall.
While women over the age of 50 are most at risk, younger women get breast cancer too. 6% of breast cancers in New Zealand occur under the age of 30 years.
Although it's uncommon, men also get breast cancer. On average, 20 men are diagnosed in New Zealand every year.
The money we raise from this page will be used to increase the resilience of NZ women and men to the disease, fund vital research projects and medical grants to help improve the survivorship of breast cancer in New Zealand.
F.A.T.@WORK focuses on mitigating degenerative diseases and preventative health by revitalising the body and mind through the best rehabilititation plan, diverse physical activity and wise nutrition. Physical exercise has been proven to reduce the chances of developing breast cancer by 15-20%.
Please consider making a donation today, anything will help. I cannot do this alone but with your support we can make a difference.
